The
Media-Mirror™ is a new product developed and patented by Media Décor,
LLC. In simple terms, when the TV is OFF it is simply a
framed mirror.
When the TV is turned ON it transforms from a mirror to a TV.
It is available in custom sizes up to a 65” TV width. Unlike 2 way
mirrors, the Media-Mirror features "Beam-Splitter" technology. Instead
of a half-silvered coating, it has a high efficiency dielectric coating
designed to transmit the TV picture at maximum brightness and reflect
like a mirror when the TV is off.
Its transmission is about 5 times that of conventional 2 way mirrors.
The reflection specification is approximately the same as 2 way mirrors.
The vastly higher level of picture fidelity and detail differences are
dramatic.
Mirrors are NOT suitable for areas with high
ambient light
or no window treatments. Each Media-Mirror is custom
built to the height and width and depth of the TV. It is designed for
flush mount installation. An optional
Wall
Enclosure is available for surface installations. |
